uShopMall Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and the weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

1. Select Proceed to Checkout
2. Select or add your shipping address
3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

• Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, uShopMall ships all items within two days of receiving an order.
• Please understand that for safety reasons, uShopMall is not allowed to change shipping addresses.

1.  For orders that have already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly.
2.  For orders that have not yet been shipped, please cancel the order and place another order with the correct shipping information.

• You will receive notification of any delays or cancellations of your order.
•  Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to cs@ushopmall.com
2. Put Cancellation Request in the subject.
3. Please include your order number 
4. Feel free to call if you have any other questions regarding your cancelaltion. 

• If your order has already been shipped, customer can refuse the package, and the refund will be applied once the refused package has been delivered to our warehouse.
