Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and the weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Select or add your shipping address
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue
- Select a payment method and select Continue
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
Shipping Policies
- Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, uShopMall ships all items within two days of receiving an order.
- Please understand that for safety reasons, uShopMall is not allowed to change shipping addresses.
- For orders that have already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly.
- For orders that have not yet been shipped, please cancel the order and place another order with the correct shipping information.
- You will receive notification of any delays or cancellations of your order.
- Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, follow these steps:
- Send an email to cs@ushopmall.com
- Put Cancellation Request in the subject.
- Please include your order number
- Feel free to call if you have any other questions regarding your cancelaltion.
- If your order has already been shipped, customer can refuse the package, and the refund will be applied once the refused package has been delivered to our warehouse.
